YARD SPACE

At Coleseed Business Complex we have plenty of yard space to rent, all of which is secure and accessible. Yard space makes up a significant part of our modern and secure storage facility which is located near the Fenland market town of March, Cambridgeshire.

Our site is well lit, with secure perimeter fencing, remotely-monitored CCTV coverage throughout and an on-site security guard. There is enough space to drive lorries and other large vehicles onto the site, making it well-suited for storage of all kinds of plant, farm machinery, building materials, vehicles, pallets and more. We have around 2 acres of unused yard space to lease and would consider a variety of uses, so please do get in touch to discuss your needs. We invite proposals for the following uses:

Builders, Scaffolders, Landscape Gardeners

We’ve got enough space to accommodate storage of all kinds of construction and landscaping goods, including pallets of blocks, cement and other building materials, along with fencing, turf, aggregates and more. Finding a place to store scaffolding can be a real pain due to the space required, but rest assured we’ve got the space and access you need.

Vehicle Storage

We can provide space for storage of almost any type of vehicle, including cars, buses, vans, lorries and more. Lorry cab storage can be difficult to find, but at Coleseed we have plenty of lorry storage space. The same goes for bus storage facilities – we’ve got you covered.

Boat Storage

We’re surrounded by water in the Fens, and boating is very popular. It’s not always possible to leave boats moored, so we’re happy to offer boat storage space for all types of trailerable vessels. Give us a call and we can discuss boat storage prices with you.

Horsebox Storage

As well as providing caravan storage, we’ve got plenty of space to store horseboxes of all sizes. Access to our Fenland site is painless for even the largest of vehicles meaning you can comfortably manoeuvre horse boxes here. Trailer Storage
